In many regions of India there is a deep belief that serving food to others is a service to humanity. We hold sacred that belief and would like to introduce you to the wonders of Tamil cuisine. Cooked by five-star chefs, our fare includes traditional vegetarian and also non-vegetarian dishes. You also have a choice of eating your meal in the traditional way, with your food served on a banana leaf. Of course, rice is a main staple with a combination of spices creating aroma and flavor that can't be matched in any other cuisine. The name Cholanad is derived from the great Chola Empire of Tamils.
