As Chinese take-out places go this one is close to the bottom of the barrel, but not completely. First, they either re-fry their chicken wings after they've been setting out all day, I don't know...

This place is out of touch, all Chinese places are much too pricey in Tarboro. You're better off in Greenville or rocky mount which is where I go for Chinese.
