History
The Carolina Animal Clinic in Sanford, NC opened in 1977 as a small satellite clinic associated with a multi-vet practice serving Lee and Moore Counties. Under the leadership of Dr. Carroll F. Williams, the clinic has more than tripled in size and has become the full-service Carolina Veterinary Hospital, P.A. Beyond routine medical diagnosis and care, the hospital's services include laser surgery, dentistry, allergy testing, x-ray, on-site laboratory testing, as well as Telemedicine's on-line support for cardiology, ultrasound and endoscopic procedures. We maintain close ties to all the emergency facilities in the tri-county region and offer referrals to various specialty hospitals and the North Carolina State University's School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Williams and his small well-trained staff maintain a close and professional relationship with pets and their owners. Preventative medicine based on the individual pet's requirements and owner's desires is practiced.
