HistoryYaYa Village is committed to growth. Like our founder, Anita Blackwell, we adapt to what is being asked of us next. Ya Ya began as a yoga space in downtown Spruce Pine, where Anita combined her knowledge from years of medical practice with her passion for yoga. From there, Anita and her partner bought the current YaYa Village space in the Grassy Creek neighborhood of Spruce Pine. With a forested backyard, ample parking, and two large, distinct indoor spaces, YaYa was set to become something much more than a hidden yoga practice. Ya Ya Village currently functions as a yoga studio, sanctuary, art gallery, gift shop, healing space, indoor market, Farmers Market, a space for holding beautiful events for empowerment and celebration and just recently opened YaYa Village Kitchen serving family style, plant-base lunches Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 pm to 2:00pm.Specialtiesyaya is a great place
