We opened in June 2017, we have provided a facility that focuses on working class busy people so they have a facility to use around the heir busy schedule. We have continually updated our facility to meet the needs of our clientele.

Was visiting from out of town. Great little place to get a good workout. Very clean gym, machines were in good condition.
