Nordon produces parts to appearance and dimensional standards. The company does insert molding, sonic welding, custom assembly and prototyping. Located in Rochester, N.Y., Nordon is connected to Canada and the United States by a network of highways, waterways and other transportation services. Nordon was founded in 1959 as a tool and mold shop. With an ownership change in 1973, the company began to broaden its product offering into molding plastic parts and then into the finishing and assembly of plastic parts. Nordon Tool and Mold became an employee-owned company in 1999.
