I made an appointment at 10:00 I was there at 9:50 and no one showed until I don't know when because I left after 20 minutes of waiting and the lights inside weren't even turned on!

Asked to get a soak off for my acrylics, they took them off with a metro card. The guy who did it ASKED me to tip him when he didn't do what I wanted. Had to pay $10. Ridiculous.
