This is after the third time "fixing" it to try to make it straight and even. Looks 20x worse in person with the cracked tiles and grout.

Everything is crooked. I can't even plug something in because the wall is so uneven.

This is after they finished... It looks at least 10 years old. Not only is the floor completely not level, all the cracks and scratches!

This was the fix for not having bullnose tile to finish. Really dangerous to walk on this floor with bare feet.
