The Westhampton Beach Performing Art Center is a non-profit organization and performance venue dedicated to the arts. The Center calls the former Prudential's Westhampton Theater building home, built in 1932. With help from benefactors and community members the building underwent renovation in 1997, restoring the site's classic architectural detail. Today, the Center presents theatrical productions, music concerts, dance performances and films throughout the year. Demonstrating its commitment and gratitude to the community, the Center is also a venue for a number of annual local school productions. The Mollie Parnis Auditorium is available for private parties, screenings and corporate events. Discounts for film screenings are offered to students and seniors.
