E C Goodwin Technical High School
Located in New Britain, Conn., E.C. Goodwin Technical High School is operated by the Connecticut Technical High School System. It is a state-funded technical education high school that enrolls more than 500 students in grades nine through 12. The high school offers various academic courses, including English, mathematics, social studies, art, science, physical and health education. It provides a wide variety of athletic activities, such as football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, softball and golf. The high school offer more than 30 clubs and extracurricular activities, including drama, debate, billiards, art shows, robotics, adventure, dance, archery, youth leadership training, yoga, music, the National Honor Society and student council. Its library provides free online access to periodicals, newspapers and other resources through the digital library. E.C. Goodwin Technical High School is approved by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
