In 2010 Chris had recently moved back to Buffalo after working around the country in many high end restaurants and resorts, and Pete was looking for a business concept that would take Buffalo by storm.SpecialtiesLloyd Taco Truck is a traveling Buffalo food experience that serves up fun, fresh, taqueria style food morning, noon and night. Lloyd was conceptualized by local entrepreneurs and childhood friends, Peter Cimino and Chris Dorsaneo, when they realized that there were no palatable, affordable street food options in the greater Buffalo area. Tomatillo Pork Tacos, Braised Beef Burritos and Tricked out Nachos are the menu staples that keep the hungry mouths of Buffalonians salivating all day, and keep them coming back for more. With the direction of Chef Chris Dorsaneo and the business sense of Peter Cimino, Lloyd has developed a menu and concept that delivers high-end food and service at street level prices. Lloyd currently operates four trucks in the Buffalo area and provides party and special event catering ranging from family get-togethers to rehearsal dinners, weddings (including the coveted midnight taco bar), and formal affairs.
