History
Palizzata is the second restaurant opened by father-son duo Eric and Joey Cafaro. They chose to open this authentic, northern Italian restaurant after the success they've experienced with Tony and Nick's in Ellenville. Palizzata is located in the historic stockade district of Kingston and focuses on fresh, local ingredients used to serve fine Italian cuisine.

Palizzata is a new Italian dining experience in the historic stockade district of Kingston, New York. We serve authentic, Northern Italian cuisine in a classic, white table cloth setting. Our ingredients are always fresh, and with our Chef's roots in vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free cooking, we offer a half vegan menu. We use local ingredients from family farms whenever possible.
