Tiffany M. Sorgen, Esq. has been practicing law in the Courts of the State of New York since 2005. She graduated with a Regents Diploma from Dundee Central School in 1997. She holds a B.A. in Political Science & History from Keuka College, which she received in 2001, cum laude. Tiffany received her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2004. Tiffany is on the Attorney for the Child (Law Guardian) panels in Ontario and Yates Counties. She is also Examiner of Accounts for Article 81 Guardianships for Seneca and Yates Counties. Due to that appointment, Tiffany does not handle matters involving Article 81 Guardianships.Tiffany is the current President of the Ontario County Bar Association. Effective January 1, 2017, Tiffany was appointed as Conflict Defender for Yates County. Tiffany focuses her practice in the areas of: Adoption: Agency, Foreign & Private Placement, Family Law: Custody, Visitation, Paternity, Child Protective proceedings, family offenses.
