Attorney Theodore Cox's famous case was Stevic v. INS, which was a cornerstone in the future seeking asylum in the United States. On the basis of this case, he wrote an article for Brooklyn Law Weekly about how International Law applied to the asylum case. His article was used as a standard for political asylum in the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, he had volunteered as a defense lawyer for three years at Bronx Legal Aid.In 1993, Attorney Theodore Cox studied at Columbia University. Remarkably, he opened his Law Firm in Broadway. Due to the expansion and growth of his business, Mr. Cox chose to concentrate on his Law Firm business.
