As a vegan nutritionist, my role is to help you transition seamlessly from an animal-based diet to a plant-based diet in a way that feels sustainable, and joyous. You'll be reaching your nutrient needs while eating foods that you find delicious and feel excited to eat. My specialties include gastrointestinal health, lymphatic health, cardiovascular health, anxiety, depression, and overall mental health.
