History

Stuart started the business out of his home. He grew his selection of spices & seasonings, moved to a retail location in Gates, and also sold the spices at the Rochester Public Market, developing a large, loyal fan base. Stuart retired in 2011 and Tom & Vicki Finnefrock took over. We have continued Stuart's tried and true practices of starting with only premium spices, grinding the spices on-site, and blending our seasonings in small craft batches. We moved our retail shop to
