St. Dominic High School provides education to students in grades six through eight. It provides special education for students with learning disabilities. The schools general academic curriculum includes subjects, such as mathematics, business, theology, art and physical education. St. Dominic High School employs a staff of speech therapists, guidance counselors and technology coordinators. It also provides a range of extracurricular programs and activities, such as dance, band, drama and orchestra. The school's amenities include a library and media center. St. Dominic High School also publishes a school newspaper, BayHawk Bulletin. In addition, it supports the National Honor Society, Help Us Stop Hunger and student council, as well as a yearbook club. St. Dominic High School is located in Oyster Bay, N.Y.
