Southampton High School is the sole high school of the Southampton School District. Tuckahoe School District also sends most of its 9th through 12th graders to Southampton High School. The school provides English as a second language, a school psychologist and guidance counselors. There is also a robust athletic department. The sports teams are known as The Mariners. The principal is Timothy W. Mundell, Ed.D.
