SOHO Bistro serves a selection of Italian and American dishes. Menu highlights include various veal, fish, pasta and chicken dishes such as Veal Vesuvio, pistachio-crusted tilapia, fried asparagus, chocolate mousse and cannolis, which are all made on-premises. It offers on-site and off-site catering and hosts live bands on Friday and Saturday nights starting at around 9:30pm. The restaurant is run by Head Chef Lou Cilento who worked as the Executive Chef at the Sands Casino in Atlantic City for over 20 years.
