History
Sensual Movement is a movement to bring the beautiful dance of Sensual Bachata to New York City. We started as a small team of passionate dancers in January 2016 and have grown the Sensual Bachata dance community to the thousands of members. Our unique approach hiring professional instructors, providing beautiful venues, doing things different from the norm, and truly caring for our customers has allowed us to grow and keep expanding the movement not only in New York, but also other states around the country. In September of 2018, we launched our first dance festival, Evolution Dance Festival, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and it is now ranked as one of the top 5 festivals in the United States. With the same intensity that led us to start this movement, we will continue to grow this community and show the world the beauty, art, appeal, and passion that is Sensual Bachata.
Specialties
We offer multi-level Sensual Bachata classes. We also offer performance teams for students interested in receiving training and performing. And we host dance socials/parties in beautiful New York City venues.
