The Morgan Library & Museum
The Morgan Library & Museum, located in New York City, offers a variety of antiques, music manuscripts, children's books, and materials from the 20ht century. Its more than 75,000-square-foot campus offers various visitor amenities, including a performance hall, a caf and a restaurant, a shop, a reading room and collections storage area. The antique pieces include Egyptian art, Renaissance paintings and Chinese porcelains. The library offers a variety of literary and historical manuscripts, early printed books, and various antique drawings and prints. It also has earliest evidence of writing as manifested in ancient seals, tablets and papyrus fragments from Egypt and the Near East. The Morgan Library & Museum also organizes various exhibitions, public and educational programs.
