Salamanca High School has been operational for more than 35 years. A part of Salamanca Central School District, it enrolls more than 2,500 students in grades nine through 12. The school s curriculum includes mathematics, English, science, foreign languages, history, geography, economics, industrial and agricultural arts, phonics, physical and health education, music, and art and craft. It provides various special programs, such as business and technology institute, mathematics and science research program, college now, virtual enterprise, A+ computer repair and Cisco certification program, honors and literacy classes, college preparation assistance, and advanced placement. Additionally, the school offers after school activities, including key, chess, science research, computer and spiral clubs, literary magazine, school newspaper, beautification committee, local trips, theater guild, charity work and other seasonal activities. It is located in Salamanca, N.Y.
