Founded by the Gray Nuns of the Sacred Heart in 1924, St. Leo School caters to the needs of children in Corona in New York. The Catholic school enrolls students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. Its curriculum includes math, language arts, science, music, computer technology, and religious and social studies. St. Leo School administers an accelerated reader program. The school has a chess club and student council. It operates a home school association that supports fundraising and social events. St. Leo School offers membership opportunities in Cub Scouts. The school provides a variety of volleyball and other sports activities. It is a part of Saint Leo Roman Catholic Church.
