Avoid. We use them at our building in Williamsburg and its nearly impossible to get them on the phone or meet in person. They have never spoken to us about anything.

This company started out fine - after we signed a one year contract. As the year progressed, it's like they disappeared. Their service calls are random and inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend.
