RECAP (Regional Economic Community Action Program, Inc.) is a private non-profit organization established in 1965 and designated as the anti-poverty agency in Orange County, New York. With almost 60 years of service, RECAP provides a wide range of programs and services to help individuals and families living in poverty, including seniors, children, veterans, the homeless, and those affected by domestic violence and substance use disorder.
