Roaming Bison Tavern is a true Kentucky Bourbon Bar and Barbecue Joint in Buffalo, N.Y. Greg Herzog (owner) is from the area originally. He started learning and studying about Bourbon when he lived in Las Vegas, NV. As he traveled back across the country, he started seeing the progression of Whiskey loving bars. As he landed back in his home town, he brought his love and knowledge of Bourbon and BBQ. He landed at the old Nortel Grill and fell in love with the neighborhood and layout. Now we have Roaming Bison Tavern aka RBT. A quaint little cozy neighborhood bar where the staff welcomes you and then welcomes you home. The food is true Southern BBQ with a Buffalo twist.
