Holes that they cut in the wall to "fix" plumbing that won't be patched until you move out 2 years later.

Nice laminate floors ruined by sewage water. But they won't fix unless you hound them for 6 months and still pay full rent.

dishwasher full of sewage water that you will have to clean when the upstairs sink backs up.
