The public is becoming more and more aware of the benefits of cosmetic makeovers as shows like Extreme Makeover, and others become more popular. This combined with the last of the baby boomers coming of age, provides a huge market for our service for at least the next 30 years. With the right marketing program we can provide our services nation wide. Because of digital imaging and internet communications we can provide the same support that we do with out local accounts. We have already started to open the market with accounts in Milford, Delaware, and Atlanta, Georgia. Along with constant high quality restorations that we produce, that has enable us to have a steady growth for the past 6 years. In March of this year we were able to sponsor our first educational seminar, on dental implants, for the doctors in our area. Owner With over 25 years of experience in the dental laboratory business, 18 years of which were working in-house, directly with patients, Tom has a well-rounded understanding of many dental procedures. He has over 20 years of experience working with implants and is trained in many different implant systems. is training includes the newest and most advanced systems on the market, such as Nobel Biocare's Guided Surgery Implants-In-An Hour System nobelbiocare. He received his Cad/Cam training at the University of Michigan with Dr. Michael Razzoog and Dr. Brian Lang, both of whom have been working with the Procera system for many years. Over the past 25 years he has had the privilege of receiving hands-on training with numerous world-renowned ceramists, including and Axel Seger, as well as many others. As a member of Cal-Lab, Tom enjoys participating in open forums with lab owners around the country where discussions take place and provide valuable insight on trends in the business, as well as information about new products entering the market. As dental technology continues to advance, it is Tom's desire and intent to keep abreast of these advances and to make them available to his valued clients and to the community. Nathan began working at Riverside Designs Dental Laboratory in March of 2000. As the Removable Department expanded, he continued to apply himself and, in September of 2000 attended Bego's Precision Removable Appliance Course. In Riverside Designs Dental Laboratory's quest to become a full-service laboratory, Nathan has assisted by gaining experience, as well as receiving continuing education, including an Advanced Partials course, given by Bego, in July 2002, and Laser Welding in the Modern World by BTI Laser in April 2003.
