RCL has been serving authentic Southern Food over 40 years. The founders of RCL, James and Helen Sander, are both indigenous of the south.
Into fruition in 1972 when they opened a small fish and chips restaurant that was named Rockaway Fish House, which catered to the local residents of South Jamaica. The Sanders passion for cooking “down home soul food” gave them automatic approval throughout the community.
The business extended into catering and party goods in 1990. At that time the Sanders decided to change the name to RCL Enterprises, which are the initials of their children's names (Roderick, Cynthia and Lisa). This expansion has fortified RCL Enterprises in areas of Southern Food and party Favors. RCL Enterprises specialize in customizing and enhancing various events for all occasions.
