Primal ReBOUND studio got started with my WHY! As a wellness professional who teaches the Whole Body Whole Health, I was introduced to the many benefits of the high quality mini trampoline as well as the amazing benefits of Sprint 8. I have created Primal and Primal Meets bike 8 years ago - that's what I did and do along with Yoga. I am also passionate about HIIT Cycle as well as strength with my belief to strengthen and work the body to build not exercise to age and break down the body.
