Set on 90 rolling acres, Pleasant View traces its roots back to the 18th century. The farm features a barn with large stalls, radiant heated floors, automatic watering and excellent temperature control. All that for the horses -- but there’s even wireless Internet for the humans. A new 200 x 100 indoor arena, with viscoelastic polymer footing, was completed in 2008. The 130 x 260 outdoor ring overlooks grassy paddocks and is covered with sand footing and irrigated by automatic and manual sprinklers. The manager/trainer is Theresa Campbell.
