Dr. Saoud serves as an assistant professor of urology and urologic oncology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. His area of expertise includes the management of urological cancers such as prostate, kidney, bladder, testicular, and penile cancers, employing advanced surgical techniques like robotic, endoscopic, and open surgery. In addition to oncology, he addresses various urological conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia, erectile dysfunction, and kidney and bladder stones.Inspired by his family, many of whom are medical professionals, Dr. Saoud pursued a career in medicine, embodying the values of compassion and dedication he observed from an early age. His medical training began with a residency at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, completed in 2018, followed by specialized fellowship training in abdominal organ transplant and urologic oncology at the University of Chicago Medicine.Originating from Lebanon, Dr. Saoud has extended his commitment to healthcare through volunteer work, offering medical services to refugees and underserved populations. These experiences have profoundly influenced his approach to empathetic patient care.Dr. Saoud is dedicated to involving patients in their treatment planning, ensuring they are well-informed about their health options.
