Nick's Hot Dogs began serving customers in 1989 in Dutchess County, New York. Back in those days, it wasn't easy keeping a location for a long period of time due to constantly changing vending laws. By reason of this, Nick's was on the move throughout the county. Happily, customers followed from one location to another. After many years in Dutchess County, Nick's decided to come across the river to Orange County, New York and once again customers followed!
