History
Coming from overseas, David, Teeradej, and Apisit, the three founders of Ni Ramen, brought together 'Michelin Guide' rated Japanese chefs in the Shoppes at Lynbrook to provide a highly anticipated and refreshing cozy neighborhood Ramen experience. The three owners decided to take on this venture after creating the famous Three Roosters in Hell's Kitchen, featured in Eater NY and at Food Network's Wine and Food Festival, as well as Mango Sticky Rice Ice Cream at I-CE-NY in Atlanta. Bringing traditional Japanese mixed drinks and a refined culinary experience to Lynbrook.
