Then in New York, he completed an internal medicine internship and a residency in ophthalmology at Mount Sinai Hospital of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.To further his expertise in the study of surgical and medical retina, Dr. Pollack completed a prestigious two-year San Francisco retina fellowship at California Pacific Medical Center, in conjunction with the Schatz practice.
