St. Mark's United Methodist Church was founded in 1871 and moved to its current location in Harlem n 1924. In 2015, St Mark's and Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church, a congregation with 90 years of service in Harlem, merged to become Mt. Calvary-St. Mark's UMC.
