We are a family oriented martial arts school practicing the Traditional Art of Tang Soo Do. We are proud members of the International Tang Soo Do Federation, under the direct guidance of Choong Jae Nim Chun Sik Kim. We have classes for students from 4 to 100 years old! We also have kickboxing classes for ages 15 and up. Kickboxing is a great workout and is for both men and women who are looking to improve their exercise regimen. Tone up your body, work on your cardio, or just take your frustrations out on the bag. Come punch and kick your way to a new you!
Specialties
My dojang specializes in Authentic Tang Soo Do Karate! As a member of the International Tang Soo Do Federation, we train in the same manner this Authentic Tang Soo Do is trained around the world! We have classes for ages 4 to 100!! We teach respect, good discipline, good workout ethics, manners, and martial art philosophy. All ability levels can join, from the beginner to the advanced student. We also train in kickboxing classes two days a week. Come put some gloves on and kick and punch your way to a toned body! There is nothing more rewarding than kicking and punching the bag! It is very cathartic and works out your whole body. Classes are for all skill levels, from the beginner to the advanced. Techniques are modified for those who need them changed due to physical ability, or those recovering from injury or surgery. In this class, everyone works at their own pace and ability level.
