History
We opened our first restaurant in Downtown Auburn, New York on June 30, 2010. Mesa Grande Taqueria is 100% locally owned and operated. We are not a national chain or franchise. We make all our food from scratch, in house, daily. We source local and organic ingredients whenever practical and possible. On average we pay our team members better than the national chains do because we believe everyone deserves to make a living if they are willing to work hard. We stress recycling and other Eco friendly practices in all of our restaurants. We have been voted best Mexican food in the region 5 years in a row.
