Lulu's Cuts and Toys is a combination toy store and barbershop for kids age 3 and over. Since 2002, it has sold all types of playthings, including Bokugans, books, stuffed animals, board games, puzzles, action figures, DVDs, bubbles, hula hoops and even ukuleles. Lulu's offers haircuts to kids and parents, as well. Wash-out color is also available. Sister stores in the neighborhood are Lulu, for babies, and Lulu Then and Now, a second-hand store.
