History

Liza's first opened on Broadway in downtown Troy in June 2017. Only a couple months later did they expand to 53 3rd Street, Troy NY. With a bigger space came a bigger menu, more seating and a small retail section!

We specialize in gluten free, dairy free, organic. Our offerings include breakfast and lunch items, acai bowls, smoothies, and also small bites and treats! Come in and hang with us!
