Founder of Leverich Design Studio which is an NYC based Architecture and Engineering Service Firm. We view ourselves as a company with a dual focus, one that is dependent upon the other. In order to design our client's dreams, we need to give our people the ability to recognize their own. Our firm works on a variety of project types. Some of the things we do are new construction of single-family homes and multifamily residential apartment buildings, Commercial and Mix-used buildings. We also work on renovations of townhouse's, offices, apartment interiors, and restaurants. We provide services such as Violation removals, Expediting, Local Law 11 and Construction Superintendent to name a few. We enjoy keeping a wide variety of project types and sizes.
