History
I have participated in fitness my entire life which included step aerobics, jazzercise and dance. In 2012 I decided to turn my passion into a career hoping to inspire and help others find some form of fitness that they enjoyed so they could become healthier doing a program they do not dread. I began with my certification for group fitness and have since completed my Metabolic Resistance and Personal Training Certifications. I decided that a healthy diet must also accompany exercise to achieve maximum results and received my Sports Nutrition Certification in 2012 also.
