THE PASSION FOR PIZZA Delicious Pizza When our head chef came to New York for the first time, the first dish he had was Pizza. He was taken aback by the taste, texture and beauty of a simple slice. That day, he decided to be a pizza chef. With the passage of time and growth of his experience, he dreamed of opening his own pizzeria. Today, after mastering his culinary skills for ten years, his dream has finally come true. He has worked in countless Italian kitchens for more than a decade. As a matter of fact, he was trained under the Michelin star chef Scott and Angie of 'Don Angie' - an Italian American restaurant - for more than five years.
