About The Company Scialli Plumbing & Heating is a family owned and operated plumbing and heating business located in Hicksville, specializing in residential and commercial construction. Scialli Plumbing & Heating is licensed and insured to do work in all the five boroughs of New York City, and the many towns, villages and cities of Long Island, in both Nassau and Suffolk County. Aniello Scialli, an Italian immigrant, began his career 30 years ago as licensed master plumber. Over the years he has owned and operated his own plumbing company single handedly developing a reputation of honesty and integrity. It is this reputation that has established him as one of the premier plumbing contractors in Nassau County. The foundation that Aniello laid over 30 years ago has allowed his son, Vincent Scialli, to drive this company to the level of outstanding quality and performance it is today. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College, Vincent Scialli began his career in the engineer sector in 1997, as a plumbing and fire protection engineer for the Syska Hennessy Group. In a short time he climbed the corporate ladder through hard work and dedication making a name for himself in the industry as a man who knew his plumbing . Following a six year run in the engineering field, the time had come for progression from desk to field, and Vincent exchanged his red pencils for work boots. In 2003, he left Syska Hennessey Group, and founded Scialli & Sons Inc, doing business as Scialli Plumbing & Heating with his father Aniello. Since 2003, both father and son have worked hard to cultivate a small plumbing company into a community leader while retaining a family closeness and appeal. They are fiercely committed to the high standards they have set for their company and desire that their employees embrace these standards so that clients and company can continue to grow in a self perpetuating cycle.
