Founded in 1910, J. J. Cassone Bakery is a producer of Italian full-flavored breads. Boxes of Cassone frozen bread are trucked throughout the United States to hundreds of food service and retail distributor customers. The company s plant has state-of-the-art processing systems, including more than five tunnel ovens, proofing and retarding systems, Peerless mixers and much more. Production at Cassone s 110,000-square-foot facility takes place on three floors. Each week, 900,000 pounds of flour is used. J.J. Cassone s products include Italian breads and pastries, bagels, French breads, bakery buns, kaiser rolls and danishes. The company produces more than 750 kinds of baked goods. J.J. Cassone is located in Port Chester, N.Y.
