Before moving to NYC in August 2014, Jill was teaching at her studio, Flow Studio, in the City financial district in London for the previous 15 years, and also at Triyoga in London and Gordon Thomson Pilates. Jill has been featured in Red magazine, Time Out London, The Evening Standard, and various other magazines and TV programs.

I am a Master Trainer, offering private sessions in Hybrid Training, Pilates mat work, Pilates studio apparatus, Yoga, The Feldenkrais Method, Hula Hooping, Dance, Cardio Drills and interval training for the past 15 years in London. Certified in Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, Accredited Feldenkrais Method Practitioner, Dancer, Distance Runner, and also certified in special populations. I can custom-design a training program for you that's fun and effective, with a different class each day. I work with students of all levels and ages: beginners, those with injuries, intermediate levels, professional dancers and athletes, pre and post natal women and seniors. You can attend classes at my beautiful Tribeca studio or I can offer classes in your home. I am also a certified Vegan/Raw Foods Chef and Nutritionist. I have the tools and experience to help you on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
