HistoryPediatric & Adolescent Medicine, LLP began on the Upper West Side in 1979, when strollers were a rare sight on Broadway. As the community has evolved into one of New York's prime family neighborhoods, the practice grew from two doctors to our present size - nine pediatricians and three pediatric nurse practitioners. A Westchester office was added in 1994, as some families moved to the suburbs. In addition to our office practice, the doctors are actively involved in the teaching of the pediatric residents at New York University School of Medicine. Despite many changes and having two separate locations, the practice has strived to remain as it started: a community-based practice with strong academic connections, able to take a personal interest in all patients and their families.
