Commack High School operates under the Commack Union Free School District. It offers classes from grades nine through 12 and enrolls more than 2,000 students every year. Commack High School offers a wide range of subjects, including English, language arts, physics, chemistry, biology, world history and geography, algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and health and physical education.
