Founded in 1984, INDOCHINE offers French-Vietnamese cuisine for dinners and private events. INDOCHINE serves Asian lump crab cakes, fried spring rolls, spiked shrimp, shrimp and chicken rolls, baby back ribs, grilled eggplant, grilled salmon, steamed Chilean sea bass and chicken breasts. The restaurant also prepares roasted boneless Cornish hen, grilled prawns and glazed duck breasts, as well as fish soup, mixed green and spicy beef salads and steamed rice angel hair noodles.
