The Immaculate Conception Motherhouse, or Sisters of St. Francis, is both a convent and a chapel. There are 32 Franciscan sisters currently living in the convent, and the priest, Father Knute Kenlon, lives in a separate building on the grounds. Mass is held Monday through Thursday at 7:30 a .m. and on Friday through Sunday at 10 a.m. All are welcome to attend.
Also on the grounds is a Franciscan Retreat Center, available both for private and directed retreats. Retreat rooms are open to any member of the community seeking to find answers to difficult issues through solace and prayer. Meals are also provided.
The Immaculate Conception Motherhouse is home to various bereavement and divorce support groups. It also hosts summer workshops on energy healing.
